This is usually a 25-30 minute video-call with someone in our talent team who is hiring for the role.

- Stage 3
First Stage Interview
This is the first formal structured interview in the process, usually with 1-2 people on the panel.
It's virtual, mainly focused on the core technical/craft skills we're looking for in the role and takes up to 60 minutes.

Final Stage Interview
Our final stage interview is with two members of the Made Tech team. Usually this is cross-functional, so you'll meet one person from the same discipline and one other from another part of the organisation. Our client project teams are all multi-disciplinary, so our interview panels are too!
This interview is also usually an hour and focuses on both technical and behavioural ways of working questions. We're looking for someone who could be a great addition to the team.
